Use the Import Vanguard Item Master to download new Items from Vanguard Ag into Merchant Ag. This process can be used on an as needed basis or followed regularly.

Download Settings
Use this section to specify the Items to be retrieved from Vanguard Ag.
Select a Source which may present additional fields that require information.
- Category- Specify the Vanguard Ag Item Category ID.
- Item Range- Create a range of Items by entering the Starting and Ending Vanguard Ag Item IDs.
- Specify Items- If selected an Enter Item IDs window opens. Select Items by entering the Item ID the click OK to accept the list.
Download Item Settings
Specify the Merchant Ag Item Category that Items that will download from Vanguard Ag.
Use the grid to set the Tax Exemption, Farmer, Church and/or Logger, and Restricted Chemical status for Items.
Select OK to finalize the download of Items.
